My very favourite site for Medieval names is the Medieval Names Archive. It's geared towards SCA players so it's all sourced to things like census/birth records and has collections from numerous countries not just the usual Western European (Nubian, Hungarian, Romanian, Persian, Turkish, Chinese, etc)

Their page on 'problem names' is really interesting too, discussing names that are mistakenly believed to be medieval/come from different cultures than people believe/are pronounced completely differently than we assume in modern times.

(Being a fan of language in general, I love this stuff.)
